Position Overview: Develops and maintains VDC objectives as assigned. Assigned Responsibilities: Adhere to F.H. Paschens VDC standards to ensure consistent organizational structure.Create VDC Marketing examples utilizing tools such as Sketchup and 3d Max.Assist with preconstruction services (i.e., quantities and constructability). Participate in reviewing CAD standards on projects.Capture existing site conditions (i.e. Drone deployment, lidar, and laser scanning).Maintain Project Execution Plans (PxP)Maintain architectural and structural models (GAP modeling).Help resolve VDC design issues.Participate in Coordination meetings and shop drawing development.Ability to visit project work sites.
