Direct Mail Solutions is a full service mail and fulfillment company located in Richmond, Virginia. DMS is seeking a full time Recruiter to manage and execute recruiting processes for all levels of employment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Work directly with all managers to recruit and retain talented individuals. Manage the recruitment process from the initial receipt of job requisition through the on-boarding process. Evaluate candidates' strengths through evaluations, screening and interviewing. Build effective partnerships with hiring managers in order to influence hiring decisions, and serve as their primary point-of-contact through the DMS recruitment process. Prepare and extend employment offers to candidates. Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and drug testing. Focus on retention of work force by analyzing the turnover and conducting exit interviews. Create job requisitions and accurately manage candidates in the applicant tracking system. Attend and participate in recruiting events. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university or a minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources. Possess strong written and oral English communication skills. Proven track record of successfully building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers is required. Proven ability to successfully use networking & relationship building sites to find candidates (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter). Intermediate to advanced computer skills including proficiency with MS Office products (Word and Excel), internet search engines, and email systems Ability to relate to all levels of staff. Adapt to differing management styles, while maintaining the integrity of Human Resources. Experience in a production oriented environment. Demonstrate team attitude and effort. Attention to detail is crucial. Desire to learn in a fast paced production environment. Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is a plus!
